Hickory, NC, February 22, 2010 – On Saturday, March 20th, 2010 the
National Blood Clot Alliance will host an educational
seminar – Stop The Clot® Forum- for anyone who would like to learn more
about blood clots or clotting disorders. Whether you have had a blood
clot, have a clotting disorder, are a medical provider, or are just seeking
more information about blood clots, don’t miss this opportunity.
The Stop The Clot® Forum will feature medical professionals sharing
important information about blood clots and clotting disorders. As
well, a patient will share his experiences and offer advice on how to
navigate the system if you have had a blood clot or have a clotting
disorder. Nurses and pharmacists can earn three CEU credits.
The Stop The Clot® Forum is from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm on Saturday, March 20,
2010 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at Highway 70, 1385 Lenoir Rhyne
Boulevard SE, Hickory, NC. This Forum is supported by Cooperative
Agreement # 1U27DD000545-01 from the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC). Additionally, NBCA recognizes the generous support
