How Does it Work?
Reach: Join NBCA in a 31-day challenge during Blood Clot Awareness Month to raise awareness and make an impact! To participate:
- Head to bit.ly/100kReasons2025 and click “Register Now” to sign up.
- Choose your activity—whether it’s walking, cycling, swimming, or any other form of physical movement—and set your personal goals.
- Join an existing 100,000 Reasons Activity Club or create your own using the categories listed in the drop-down menu. You will also be invited to join a community Facebook group exclusively for fellow Challenge participants.
- Track your total number of active minutes and submit virtual results all month long.
- Invite family and friends to join you in the challenge to amplify your impact and spread awareness in your community.
Raise: During registration, you can choose to amplify your impact by:
- Making a donation
- Becoming a fundraiser
Your participation and fundraising efforts directly support the National Blood Clot Alliance’s mission to save lives through critical research, education, and outreach. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a future where fewer lives are lost to blood clots. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, NBCA is committed to providing free resources and support for individuals and families affected by blood clots.
