Book Proceeds Benefit NBCA

“Medusa’s Clot: The Ill-Humor of Pulmonary Embolism” — There are assorted ways you can raise funds to support NBCA’s mission. One NBCA supporter, Michael D. Helzner, DO, is no stranger to pulmonary embolism. As a long time family practitioner in Philadelphia, he treated patients who suffered blood clots, and he has his own personal experience with PE. He is donating royalties from his recent book, “Medusa’s Clot: The Ill-Humor of Pulmonary Embolism,” to NBCA. To learn more, click here.  Click here to order Dr. Helzner’s “Medusa’s Clot.”
