National Blood Clot Alliance is conducting a research study about the experiences of patients with venous blood clots at the time of diagnosis and treatment, feelings concerning clinical studies, and willingness to participate in further discussions on clinical study design.
You are invited to participate in this research study. If you choose to be in the research study, you will complete the survey below. The survey will take about 15-30 minutes for you to complete. You can skip any survey questions that you do not want to answer. Even if you start the survey, you are not required to complete it, partial responses will be saved. You can stop at any time.
The survey is confidential. Please do not include your name or other information that could be used to identify you in the survey responses. At the end of the survey, you will be asked about your willingness to participate in a panel discussion for venous blood clot patients. If you are interested in participating, you will be asked to provide your email.
Being in this study is voluntary.
Once the survey is submitted, you will have the option to enter your email into a drawing for a $250 Amazon gift card and an NBCA swag bag. The entry for the gift card and swag bag will occur on a different web page and is in no way connected to your survey responses.
