The National Blood Clot Alliance is collaborating with Siemens Healthineers, as part of the company’s efforts to support NBCA’s mission and stimulate interest about blood clots among participants at the upcoming 68th Annual Meeting of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry (AACC), taking place in Philadelphia, July 31-August 4, 2016.
As a global leader in medical imaging, laboratory diagnostics, and healthcare information technology, Siemens Healthineers has a keen understanding of the entire patient care continuum—from prevention and early detection to diagnosis and treatment. As part of this commitment, Siemens is conducting an onsite poll of participants at the upcoming AACC meeting about their personal experience with blood clots and other matters. For every poll completed, Siemens will donate $1 to the National Blood Clot Alliance.
Results of this poll will be shared by Siemens Healthineers as word cloud images. Check back here for updates about this program and be sure to connect with NBCA on Twitter to follow along as well.
NBCA is grateful to be a part of this program and extends its sincere thanks to Siemens Healthineers for their support of our mission.
