Share Your Loved One’s Blood Clot Story

For Blood Clot Awareness Month in March, we are honoring the 100,000 people who lose their lives each year as a result of blood clots, and we need your help.

If you have a loved one who has experienced a fatal pulmonary embolism, we would love to share their story. We will be sharing these stories throughout March on our website and @StoptheClot social media.

Loved One's Story Submission Form
